Tries too hard

He was hated by all the people he hung out with.
"He tries too hard to fit in," they say. When he saw some one do something that made everyone laugh, he would copy it and keep doing it until it annoyed everyone. He would lie to try to impress them, to make them think he was cool. They all knew it was a lie, but he did not care. When they would go out for drinks he would pretend to get drunk so everyone would think he was funny. They saw through his lies. They hated him and wanted him to just go away.
